1C cross RH and cast off 1 place as 2C step up. 1C dance RH across, 1W down with 3C and 1M up with 2C. |
9-16 |
1C cross LH and cast left to end 1W above 2C and 1M below 3C. 1C dance LH across, 1W with 2C and 1M with 3C. |
17-24 |
1W continue across the top, down behind the men’s line, and in between 3C to meet 1M while 1M continue across below 3C, up behind the women’s line, and in between 2C to meet 1W. 1C turn RH once round to end 1W facing down and 1M facing up. |
25-32 |
Reels of 3 across the set, 1W giving RS to 3M and 1M giving RS to 2W to begin. |

Every Christmas my family opens gifts one at a time and several of us use a lot of tape in wrapping. My Dad has a penknife that gets passed around and people lose track of where it is frequently. This phrase is heard often Christmas Day. |
