Bars

1-4

1C & 3C set advancing to form a line up and down the dance, meeting partners RH. All take hands and set, ending 1C facing up and 3C facing down.

5-8

1C & 3C chase CW around the set to opposite ends, forming a line up and down the dance, women facing up and men facing down (3W & 1M dance down or up the center of the dance and turn over RS to face partner) WHILE 2C set and cross RH to end facing out.

9-16

1C & 3C dance a reel of four up and down the dance, ending where started the reel WHILE 2C chase CW all around the set to return to opposite sides.

17-24

3C & 1C turn petronella to own sides, 3C in 1^st place and 1C in 3^rd place WHILE 2C cross to own sides. All take hands on the sides and set, then turn partners RH once round, ending in the center facing partners.

25-32

3C, 2C, & 1C dance a poussette for 3 couples; 3C dance to men's side and down 2 places, while 2C & 1C dance to women's side and up 1 place. End 2, 1, 3.

Repeat.
