1C dance out and to the right, around partner's 1st corner, up the center passing LS, and cast right to 2nd place on own sides. |

| I was playing around with ways to get people set up for diagonal rights and lefts and this dance happened. The figure in bars 17-24 resembles a pair of staples to me, thus the name. |
