1-8

1C & 3C set, then 1W & 3W dance across the set to the opposite man’s position as the men cast into their partner’s place. 1C & 3C dance ½ rights and lefts.

9-16

2C & 4C repeat bars 1-8. (At this point, women are on the left and partners are on opposite sides.)

17-24

All set. All women dance RH across a little less than halfway while all men set pulling RS back to move to men’s positions facing CW. Men followed by partners chase 1 position CW, then turn partners RH into promenade hold facing CW.

25-32

All promenade once round CW.

Repeat 4 times; each time the 4^th couple has advanced to 1^st place and all others have moved similarly one place CCW.
