9-16 |
All set and all men pull LS back and cast 1 position CCW, turn the woman they find there BH once round and dance to the next position CCW. Order is now 3, 4, 1, 2. |
17-20 |
1C and 3C dance half rights and lefts, beginning by crossing with the person opposite RH, and ending facing the sides, 1W facing 2M, 1M facing 4W, 3W facing 4M, 3M facing 2W. |
21-24 |
Half RS reels of 4 across the set. |
25-26 |
2C, 3M, and 1W half RH across while 4C, 3W, and 1M half RH across. |
27-28 |

My sister is affiliated with the Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society, which is where the movie The Shawshank Redemption was filmed. She asked me to replicate the cross stitch that was hung over the safe in the warden’s room, which I did – then I wrote this dance. |
