1-8	1C set and cross RH to face down. 1C and 2C turn LH 1½.
9-16	1C and 2C dance ladies' chain, 1C end facing down.
17-24	1C and 3C turn RH 1½ to end facing in. 1C cross passing LS and cast up 1 place while 3C set and dance down one place to face out.
25-32	Mirror reels of 3 on the sides, 1C dancing in and up to begin.
Repeat.

The title of this dance refers to the weather this month. One day it's cold and we have the heat on and the next day it's hot and we have to turn on the A/C. It's been up and down all month. Plus this is the title of one of my very favorite Luke Bryan songs.
