| Years ago when I was in high school a good friend told me about a class his uncle was taking in how to use visualization to help remember a list. Then he told me about the one his uncle used to remember the original 13 colonies in the order in which they joined the union. It starts “Begin with a plate of delicate ware” (Delaware). It’s now 60+ years later and I still remember the whole sequence, so I decided to use the phrases as titles for some dances; this is the first of those dances. |
