1-8

1C set and cast to 2^ndplace. 1C turn RH into promenade hold facing 2M. 2C step up on bars 3-4.

9-16

1C with 1^st corners dance a reel of three (1C in promenade hold). 1C end facing 3M in promenade hold. WHILE 2W & 3M set diagonally then cross passing LS and dance out the ends of the dance and cast behind own lines to return to original places.

17-24

1C with 2^nd corners dance a LS reel of three (1C in promenade hold). 1C end in the center of the dance. WHILE 3W & 2M set diagonally then cross passing RS and dance out the ends of the dance and cast behind own lines to return to original places.

25-28

1C turn RH to 2^nd place on own sides of the dance.

29-32

2C, 1C, & 3C take hands on the sides and advance and retire.

Repeat.

Note: Timing is very important on the diagonal reels in this dance. In particular, 1C should reach the center of the dance no earlier than the end of bar 4 to allow the other dancers to cross through the center of the dance before them.
