Bars

1-4

All women RH across once round, then dance around partners, passing in front of them to start, and return to place.

5-8

All men LH across once round, then dance around partners, passing in front of them to start, and return to place.

9-16

All set, advance for 2 taking hands briefly in a circle, then drop hands with partners and retire for 2 with corners. All turn corners BH halfway, opening to face in the square and retaining nearer hands with new partners. All couples will be facing in on the ‘points’ between regular positions on the square.

17-24

With these new partners, all advance for 2 taking hands briefly in a circle, then drop hands with new partner and retire for 2 with new corners. All turn BH halfway with this partner and set. Positions should now be: 2W & 4M in 1^st place, 3W & 1M in 2^nd place, 4W & 2M in 3^rd place, and 1W & 3M in 4^th place.

25-32

All men circle left halfway (4 bars), pulling right shoulders back to face original partners while all women set and cast into men’s places (for current position). All set to partners and turn BH to places. Ending order is 2, 3, 4, 1.

Repeat 4 times.
