Bars  
1-8 1C and 2C dance the knot. On the last 2 bars, 2C end in 1st place on own sides while 1C set, 1M turning to face out the women’s side.
9-16 2C and 1C dance ladies’ chain.
17-20 2C and 3C dance a petronella turn to form a line up and down the set (W facing down and M facing up) and set while 1C set and cross RH to face out.
21-24 2C and 3C dance a half reel of 4 to change places, ending in a line up and down (M facing down and W facing up). Optionally, 1C set and turn right about in place to end facing out.
25-32 3C, 1C, and 2C dance a 3-couples chain progression, 3C and 2C changing places with partners to begin.
Repeat.

One day I looked out and saw a young red-tailed hawk sitting on our deck railing. It sat there for quite a while surveying the area, swiveling its head 180 degrees left, right, and back.
