Bars
1-8	1C and 2C dance set and rotate.
9-12	2C and 1C dance RH across.
13-16	1C and 3C dance LH across.
17-24	1C and 3C dance the bourrel. On the last 2 bars, 1C and 3C turn BH and end facing down in the center nearer hands joined.
25-32	1C cast up 1 place, cross up between 2C, cast off 1 place, and cross LH to own sides in 2nd place. On the first 2 bars 3C dance down and curl into 3rd place.
Repeat.
Suggested music is The Milky Way written by Liz Donaldson or 8X32 Strathspeys (Fiona Miller's) from First Stop! by Waverley Station.
In 2012 I won the privilege of having Liz write a tune for a dance I wrote. I love the tune, but was never totally satisfied with the dance for which it was written. I wrote this dance in hopes it is a better choice for the tune. The title reflects that Liz was born in Washington, D.C. and is her suggestion for a title.
