1C set, 1W ending facing out. 1W dances down behind 2W and 3W, across the set below 3C, and up behind 3M and 2M to 1M's position while 1M crosses the set above 2C, down behind 2W, across the set below 2C, up behind 2M and across the set to 1W's position facing out.

9-16

Parallel reels of 3 on the sides, 1C passing 2C RS to begin.

17-24

1C and 2C dance ladies chain with 1W and 2W changing places LH to begin and turning RH with the men on the sides.

25-28

1M cast off 1 place, dance down between 3C and cast up to 2^nd place on his own side while 1W dance down the set between 2C and 3C and cast up to 2^nd place on own side. 2C step up on bars 3-4 of the phrase.

29-32

All turn partners RH once round.

Repeat.

In this dance 1C are dancing different tracks in bars 1-8 and 25-28 to end in similar places; thus the name of the dance.
