Bars  
1-8 1C cast off and down the outside of the set for 4 bars, turn away from each other and dance up to 2nd place and cross LH to face 2nd corners. 2C step up on bars 3-4.
9-16 1C and 2nd corners dance a diagonal reel of 4. 1C end LS to LS in the center, 1W facing down and 1M facing up.
17-24 1C dance RH across with corners, pass RS into LH across on the other side. At the end 1C turn RH halfway to face 1st corners.
25-32 1C and 1st corners dance a diagonal reel of 4. 1C end in 2nd place on own sides.
Repeat.

A niddy noddy is a bar with crossbars at each end and offset from each other by 90 degrees. It is used to create skeins of yarn.
