Bars  
1-8 1C cross RH, cast one place as 2C step up, cross LH, and cast left, 1W ending up between 2C facing 2M and 1M ending down between 3C facing 3W.
9-12 1W, 2M, and 2W dance a half RS reel of 3 across the dance while 1M, 3W, and 3M dance a half RS reel of 3 across the dance.
13-16 1W, 3W, and 2W dance a half LS reel of 3 on the men’s side of the dance, 1W giving LS to 3W in 3M place to start, while 1M, 2M, and 3M dance a half LS reel of 3 on the women’s side of the dance, 1M giving LS to 2M in 2W place to start. 1W end between 2C in 3rd place facing up and 1M end between 3C in 1st place facing down. 3C & 2C are on opposite sides.
17-24 1C turn LH once round to end 1W facing down between 2C in 3rd place and 1M facing up between 3C in 1st place. 1C cast left into 2nd place on own sides.
25-32 3C, 1C, & 2C dance diagonal rights and lefts, 1W changing RH up with 3W, 1M changing RH down with 2M to start.
Repeat.

I love the way the half reels in bars 9-16 flow; it always reminds me of a script capital letter L and thus gave me a name for this dance. All dancers are encouraged to add loops on the ends of the half reels when possible.
